purchased software will not load or run free sw=ok

 I purchased 2 mine craft clone games for the kids neither will load or run, have down loaded free apps and they are fine.
paid using pay pal on my unbuntu 14.04 box. I've sent off many reports when prompted but received no response.
I am sending this from a windows box as I.m a newbie and want to make sure it gets to you. thank you, <email address hidden>

Why purchase Mine craft when it is free?

There is a guide on OmgUbuntu to get it installed.

WebUpd8 also has a PPA to make Oracle Java installation easy as well.
