Problemas con Software Center y/o terminal

Para update tenia multiples problemas quedaba por la mitad, y ahora con terminal no. Iba bien, no debia usar el entorno grafico. sudo aptitude update, sudo aptitude full-upgrade, pero ahora hace dias q' tengo estos problemas, la verdad no se q' mas hacer, por favor si me pueden ayudar, ubuntu 12.04.1 lts

Ejecuta estas órdenes:

sudo rm /var/lib/apt/lists/lock
sudo rm /var/cache/apt/archives/lock

Hola, probe con las 2, command not found. tanto usuario como en root.Alguna solucion ?,Gracias.
