richiesta password autenticazione

Ragazzi, ho dimenticato la password di autenticazione per scaricare i programmi dal software center di ubuntu, come si fa a richiederla? (Lo so non sono una personale normale..non me ne vogliate :)

The password for authorization af administrative actions is your normal password.

The password is the one you normally use on your Ubuntu account
