In my Ubuntu Software Center ,,i not able to find any software Install option..its only show MORE INFO...

What is the full output of:

sudo apt-get update; lsb_release -a

You will need to close software centre first.

Maverick is EOL and no longer supported in any way. You have the Windows equivalent of Windows 98. There are no more updates and no more packages. I suggest you wipe it off and perform a clean install of Precise or Trusty.
