WHY is NOT Firefox 4 in the Ubuntu Software Center?

I do NOT see the New Mozilla Firefox 4 in the Ubuntu Soft Ware Center OR the Update Manager OR Synaptic Package Manager? HOW can I Install it?

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:mozillateam/firefox-stable && sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install firefox
