How do I delete Apps and Installs?

I have currently deleted windows and I am learning Ubuntu. I can not figure out how to delete games and other apps from Ubuntu. Please help.

Open software manager click on installed software on the left. It should show you all your installed software. Just click on the want you want or do a search and it should have a remove option.
