Skype 4.3 cant connect on lubuntu 14.04.

Yes.
How did you install the OS?
Live usb over windows. Windows is now deleted. Only lubuntu 14.04. is installed.

Yes.

I dont know, I use a private router from home. The one you get from your telecommunication operator.

I did some firewall things, just by following some instructions from the internet "10 things you should do...bla". no firewall on the lan. all other computers can access skype withouth any problems (windows os).

If you did some firewall things then I suggest you allow the Skype traffic through. The default is to allow all traffic. As you are behind a router it's not necessary to configure a local firewall due to the nature of NAT.

Just heard on the radio that this is a known bug. Microsoft are working on it.
