Missing Skype send button and Yahoo messenger

Skype send button is missing..How can I solve the probem ? The second issue: There is a Yahoo messenger for ubuntu ? Or, there is a solution to use my Yahoo! account with another video chat in ubuntu ?

Try renaming the skype config folder then run skype and setup the new profile. May help. Pidgin and Empathy can do text chat on the Yahoo protocol.
