skype won't load and crashes

i think i deleted some important stuff don't know but now skype wont load tried reinstall that didn't work i don't know what i 'm missing can any one help please i need skype

i think i might have deleted some stuff that i need i used the janitor to clean the system and got rid of frostwire after i did that skype keeps crashing i don't know what to do can some one help with that i'm a dummie when it comes to this i don't even know how to do the stuff to sign the code of conduct
