What is the make and model f the phone? How are you attempting to transfer the data? How do you expect anyone to answer with near zero details? Think about it......we have no idea what you have tried or any idea what is going on, how can we give any sort of advise? In future, can you please give full details. It saves us having to request the most basic of details.

If you have an Android OS phone , then you should try Ubuntu One..

This app is pre-installed in Ubuntu OS , and it has an package for installation to Android too. Search the Google Play Store.

Then you can sync - transfer any file you want.

Ubuntu One offers you 5GB of storage FOR FREE !!
