As the passwords are sent through a one way "encryption" (actually a hash function -https://secure.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/wiki/Cryptographic_hash_function), this is not recoverable.

However, you can reset it.

Its not at all easy to recover a password otherwise it would make it easy for people to crack your PC but I can be reset. You have already had two links on how to do it so I wont add another one.
