What's keyring password? I cannot proceed further in the password box

Is it asking you to *create* a keyring password, or is it asking you to enter your keyring password?

If it's asking you to create a keyring password, either create one, or leave it blank (in which case you should be aware that anyone who has physical access to your computer even momentarily can obtain all your stored passwords almost effortlessly).

If you have created a keyring password, but you don't remember what it was, then you'll have to reset it (http://ubuntu-tutorials.com/2010/01/16/reset-gnome-keyring-password-on-ubuntu/). This will render all your stored passwords (and any other keyring-protected data) inaccessible.

The keyring password likely is being requested in association with connecting to the wireless network, so once you fix that problem, it is likely that you'll be able to connect to wireless networks.

Thanks for the info. I have overcome the password problems. My main
task is to obtain wireless network connection. Even I tried wired
connection but it does not work. Only VPN connection is highlighted.
Can you give some tips to retrieve the wireless connection?

I'm glad you were able to fix your password problems. Your networking issue is a different topic, so you'll have best results by marking this question as Solved and opening a new question (https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-nettool/+addquestion) for that. Fixing Ubuntu network configuration is not my strong suit; by opening a new question, your current problem will be visible to more people.
