Tls connection for Rsyslog not listening in any port
I have tried to setup a Tls server which takes syslog over tls using Rsyslog. Even after configuring the the rsyslog.conf file to be a tls server which listens at port 10514, the netstat command to check the port for the program doesnt list the port 10514 and it is not recieving any log. but when i configure tcp for the same it works same . this is the conf file i used .
