how do i get songs in my rhythbox onto my mp3 player?

i have the songs in rhythmbox and i under devices it has ZUNE but i din't know how to actually get them on my mp3 player. i need specific instructions. i have already tried to click and drag it and it doesn't work.

As far as i know there is no native way of syncing ZUNE players in Linux. Either boot into windows or use vmware / virtualbox with usb support.
