rhythmbox not linking to MusicBrainz

Since I upgraded to 11.04 the rhythmbox application is no longer able to find information on MusicBrainz. I have checked MusicBrainz database and confirmed that the information is present.

Also happening here under 10.10, with both Rhythmbox and Banshee. Musicbrainz network fail?

It is a bug, and it has been fixed in the most recent version of Rhythmbox. (as it shows in git) Just wait for them to release the update.

It's all very well saying just wait, but do we know how long we are going to have to wait? It is already a month and a half on and still no joy. Does anyone have any idea? Is there anything we can do in the meantime other than type the info in for each CD?

in response to gingerbob above, go into the software center and download another ripper. the first one i tried (ripper x) worked very well.
