ppa third party plugin's? (rhythmbox)

is there a ppa for all the 3rd party plugins mentioned on the gnome website? ie here:

i want to install em all but dont want to be like the forth road bridge (by the time i will have installed em it'll be time to install the up[dated versions or more available)

that doesn't answer my question. that batts me off elsewhere :( i want to
use rhythmbox to play music and want to be able to extend the ease of using
plugins

this page is upgraded version of rythmbox and it is for 9.10

 at the bottom of the page is 2 ppa`s to add .

how to do so when they are not tar.bz or deb?

Do you mean a .zip file for example? Just open it with archive manager and have a look at the READ-ME file. It will instruct you what to do.

For instance it may be a python script that you just need to add to it's plug-ins directory.

I've yet to run across one that is just a .rpm, but you could use alien to convert it to .deb
