restricted-manager package

Is there need to autostart restricted-manager?

Does restricted-manager need to stay in the sessions list after the first boot?
Common sense would have it that rm checks and installs restricted components and is done with it's job.]
Is that wrong? If so, is it because:
rm reinstalls restricted components after kernel upgrades?
rm makes the restricted component work smoothly?

Yes... bacause you could change your software and in that case maybe restricted-manager is useful.
