Redmine export to csv

Hi everyone, I have some serious problems with redmine on Ubuntu 20.04.
Everything (redmine, ruby, apache2, mysql) was installed with apt-get and everything seems to work fine except export to csv, everytime I try to export any record using the CSV link at the end of an issue page I got an http 500 error with this error in the redmine log
