Steps to reproduce

1) Have qemu 2.3 with libvirt 1.2.16 on Ubuntu 15.10

2) sudo apt-get install nbd-client on ubuntu 15.10

3) run command qemu-nbd -c /dev/nbd12 test.qcow2

4) Get error /build/qemu-YZq7uh/qemu-2.3+dfsg/nbd.c:nbd_init():L670: Failed to set NBD socket
