Update python-pysnmp4 for Xenial

Would it be possible to upgrade the package for python-pysnmp4 for xenial? I need the 4.3.2-package that is available in zesty to be available in 16.04 repos.

Packages in a stable release like 16.04 are normally not updated unless there's an important bug fix. However, it is possible to request a backport of a package, see https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuBackports#Requesting_a_Backport for more details.
