Update python-mysqldb to version 1.2.3

I just wonder if there is any plans in the near future on upgrading to a more recent version. The package is of importance for me and i would appreciate an upgrade, the current version contains a bug in "executemany" witch forces me to take the dirty road instead of just calling a method.

Log a bug and it will get added sooner if there is a significant reason
