ok what is the output of:

cd ~/; wget http://ubuntu.gds.tuwien.ac.at/archive/pool/main/p/python-launchpadlib/python-launchpadlib_0.2~bzr35-0ubuntu1_all.deb; sudo dpkg -i ./python-launchpadlib_0.2~bzr35-0ubuntu1_all.deb
