Where can I find a manual for use this package?

Hello.

I want to use this package to print pdf files directly from python, and manage and administer my printers directly from my python program, i read some methods names and appear like i can do that, but I'm not python expert, and sometimes i need some references to begin the use of a package.... can you point me in the right direction...
