cinder quota commandes ERROR: 'ascii' codec

Hi,

Recently, the create volume button under horizon/volumes has disapeared.
After some tests I realised this errors after #cinder quota-XXX commandes

Ex:
# cinder quota-show 85d98ac1d89c49868fbdfe9818e57f01
ERROR: 'ascii' codec can't encode character u'\xe9' in position 12: ordinal not in range(128)

I am using icehouse version and 2014.1.3-0ubuntu1 version of cinder.

in case ... the problem was that we create volume types with accent " é " name...
ones deleted every think is OK
