how to install python-pygoocanvas in ubuntu-18.04

I upgraded my ubuntu-16.04 to ubuntu-18.04, but I can't install python-pygoocanvas package.

Sorry but the answer is not relevant. The question is how to find and install this package, in case he really needs it, not about its situation.

The linked question contains the information:
python-pygoocanvas does not exist any more on Ubuntu 18.04,
and its replacement is gir1.2-goocanvas-2.0

Why would that be not relevant?
