puppet 0.25.4 for ubuntu

I am looking for a ubuntu pkg for puppet 0.25.4. I currently am using puppet 0.25.1 on ubuntu 9.04. I am looking to upgrade it through package. puppet 0.25.4 suppose to be huge performance gain over puppet 0.25.1.

It does not have puppet 0.25.4 for jaunty (ubuntu 9.04).
