Hp Laptop won't wake from Suspend Mode

Hello everybody:

I looking for some help, my Hp Pavilion dv8213cl won't wake from suspend mode;press a key,moving the mouse wouldn't do nothing. searching online,seem to be a common problems with Hp laptop usually resolved by flashing the BIOS, I have check HP website here the link:

but it supports windows online, how to do run this on Ubuntu 11.04?

If the flashing is done in Windows only, then you will need a Windows OS to do it. Some support flashin in DOS which you can get by booting a Win98 boot CD or floppy from www.bootdisk.com
