upgrade PlayOnLinux old to new version

i have PLayOnLinux old ver then i download new ver PlayOnLinux but i dont know how to upgrade
how to upgrade using terminal?

The playonlinux site has 4.0.18 as the latest version, which you have
http://www.playonlinux.com/en/download.html

So where do you get the idea you have an old version???

because i not see microsoft word 2010 not in playonlinux list then how to update

Then it is probably not tested. You have nothing to update to, you have the latest version of playonlinux. Have you checked the wine appdb? Why do you need Word 2010?

i watch in youtube have microsoft office 2010 install using playonlinux
and then i try to promote Ubuntu to my another friend.
i want to show what Ubuntu 12.04 can do.
