pitiv-0.999-2: Missing soft dependencies `GSound`, `libav` (Ubuntu 20.04 LTS focal fossa)

Fresh install of pitivi (pitivi/focal,now 0.999-2 amd64) gives missing (soft) dependency messages:

Missing soft dependency:
- GSound not found on the system
    -> enables sound notifications when rendering is complete
Missing soft dependency:
- libav not found on the system
    -> additional multimedia codecs through the GStreamer Libav library

I had to install:
* gir1.2-gsound-1.0
* gstreamer1.0-libav

If you look at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/focal/amd64/pitivi/0.999-2 you will see that these dependencies are listed as "Suggests".

Depends
This declares an absolute dependency. A package will not be configured unless all of the packages listed in its Depends field have been correctly configured (unless there is a circular dependency as described above).
The Depends field should be used if the depended-on package is required for the depending package to provide a significant amount of functionality.

Recommends
This declares a strong, but not absolute, dependency.
The Recommends field should list packages that would be found together with this one in all but unusual installations.

Suggests
This is used to declare that one package may be more useful with one or more others. Using this field tells the packaging system and the user that the listed packages are related to this one and can perhaps enhance its usefulness, but that installing this one without them is perfectly reasonable.

Eventually the interdependency might be changed from "Suggests" to "Recommends", but it definitely is not a "Depends" relationship.
