GNOME Video Effects - frei0r plugins or just frei0r?

PiTiVi suggests that I install frei0r plugins but there are two available in the repository:

"GNOME Video Effects - frei0r plugins" and just "frei0r plugins"

The former seem to be used by Gstreamer and I know PiTiVi uses Gstreamer as well, so I'm not sure which to install. Which is it?
