how to turn off that "detail window" over nicknames and groups?

There is this "detail windows" that appears everytime we put the mouse over a nickname or a group.
I'd like to know if it's possible to turn this feature off.
So, how do I do it?

I do not believe it is currently possible to turn it off via any option that exists. However, if you are having a problem because it steals focus (upon hovering) please see the following developer thread. It may be able to assist you:
