How to save chat history?

Hi,

I would like to save automatically all my chat conversations. How can I do this? It is already implemented and I have to look for some hidden file/folder?

Can you help me? Thanks!

Hello

You can save your chat history in pidgin by clicking on tools -> preferences and under the logging tab checking the " Log all instant messages" and " Log all chats" options

Althought I can see the log using the GUI, can you please tell me where is the location of the file/s with the Logs?

the logs are in ~/.purple/logs
