How do I get back on camfrog pro?

This is the conversation I had with the camfrog help desk.
It seems that they are unable answer my question:
How to get back on camfrog now that my computer is running on linux?
So I came to this forum to see if I can get an answer here.
Is it that I have to configure (do something) with ubuntu to get back on camfrog "either as a Linux user or client" as Jared put it?

I am trying to get back on camfrog. I have pro code, and I am using
linux now. How can I get back on cam frog with linux and my pro code.
I also have the Esellerate cd. etc.

We do not have any Camfrog Client software for Linux. Only for Windows based
PC's, and Mac OS-X

and nothing happens.

when the download dialog box comes click on save to disk or a similar option in firefox

The file is in .rpm format(Redhat Package Manager) which ubuntu doesnt support by default,

To install .rpm files in ubuntu

You can convert rpm packages to deb packages with alien

First install alien on your system.

sudo apt-get install alien

As an example:Convert redhat.rpm to .deb package (Debian package)

sudo alien redhat.rpm

Install the deb package using dpkg:

sudo dpkg -i redhat.deb

It's not perfect(as no dependencies are resolved), but works most of the time.

QUESTION: To get redhat.rpm to convert to .deb package (Debian package)
do I use the black Konsole box, and copy and paste sudo alien redhat.rpm.
I tried this all ready and it didn't work, so I must need to do something else.
QUESTION:
I don't know if, or, how to open / use alien. I just can read about it at "system".

Yes type the commands in a Konsole/Terminal..

Usage of alien is as shown in the above example(In my previous answer)..

Never mind. Not enough step by step information for the amount of info. that I allready have as a 3 week linux user. However more info then I had before.

I type commands into the Konsole, and it said redhat not found. I still don't know where you said how to access alien. It not something to can click on and the program opens up. Located in system at the K menu.
