Certificate problem with MSN

I followed this guide to fix my "omega.contacts.msn.com".

I learned from this guide that my "omega.contacts.msn.com" should be in home folder at .purple\certificates\x509\tls_peers\

The same problem came back so that made me wonder if my "omega.contacts.msn.com" changed at all. So I did this command.
~ $ diff /home/bob/Downloads/omega.contacts.msn.com /home/bob/.purple/certificates/x509/tls_peers/omega.contacts.msn.com

Somehow my "omega.contacts.msn.com" changed. Should I remove the write permission because of this?
