PCRE >= 8.20 in precise?

I would love to see pcre >= 8.20 in precise pangolin (12.04) because of JIT support.

Nginx 1.1.x and other software that supports pcre jit flags can benefit from huge performance improvements using complex, precompiled regular expressions.
