Update git-pass-helper to more recent version for older Ubuntu releases

Currently, this package is not up to date for 3 older releases, specifically:
* Jammy
* Focal
* Bionic

As the underlying package is a python script, is it possible to update the versions available to the latest version (1.2.0, released >1 year ago at time of writing)?
