how can i control or view my windows vista laptop from ubuntu linux latop?

i want to control or view my laptop windows vista from ubuntu linux how can i do that?? and if it possible how can i control or view my laptop Ubuntu Linux from my laptop windows vista?? please tell me all the steps ?? please help thanks..

To log into Windows remotely you need to set up the Windows PC to accept RDP connections. They you can use Applications > Internet > Terminal Services Client to connect.

Or you could install a VNC server on the Windows PC and use Applications > Internet > Remote Desktop Viewer to view it.
