ssh or sftp connection drops while connecting to remote web server

I'm trying to edit a web site and test code, ive tried multiple ide but it always says drive not mapped after 15 minutes or so, but in file manager it is mapped, anytime I go to any file manager connection is active. Is this caused by web host or anytime I can permantly be connected or atleast determine the cause?

You may want to alter the "KeepAlive" setting in ssh
