OO_Base does not load existing .odb Files

When I try to load a Table OpenOffice 3.1 a Table .odb file previous created file with OO 2.1 I get the following message:
Due to unexpected error OpenOffice.org crashed. All.......

I encounter the same problem with OpenOffice 3.1.1 with OpenOffice.org 3.11 loaded in a MS Window XP PC.
