I have excel file which has got hyperlinks, recently i have changed OS from windows to Ubuntu. in which my hyperlinks are not working. i have recreated and saved the file. but whenever i open the file again the hyperlink is not present. please help me to create hyperlink and save it permanently. Thanks

When you recreate the file are you saving back as DOC or are you saving in a LibreOffice format?

I am not saving as LibreOffice format. it is saved in same format

You have to hold down Ctrl as you click on the hyperlink with your mouse. Are you doing that?

Sir I have created hyperlink . When press ctrl plus mouse click . It opens the linked file. But when I save the file . Close it. When I open it again that time I don't find hyperlink. I need to set it again.
Once the hyperlink is saved i want it should open again when next day I open the file.

I cannot reproduce the behaviour that you are complaining about.

Please tell me:
- what version of Ubuntu are you using
- are you using OpenOffice.org Calc or LibreOffice Calc
- what version of OpenOffice.org or LbreOffice are you using
- what format are you saving your file in - give the file extension (e.g. xls, xlsx, ods, csv)
