Updates not available for OO 2.3

Hello,
Under help and under tools, openoffice.org I do not have options to update manually or to set automatic update options.

It's something which has been changed for Ubuntu, as updates are centralized in Ubuntu. If you look at this further, you will see that it's the same for firefox. You can only update them by Synaptic or the Update Manager, if updated debs are available. The 2.3.0 version is available in Gutsy only, and the 2.3.1 one in Hardy, which is the development version (and unstable). If you want to be able to use it in another version, you should consider filling a bug against the package "openoffice.org", tell the version of Ubuntu you are using, and ask for an update (if nobody has ever did it) of it.
