sorting in open office spread sheet

Hello,

For that it is better to have a line nr. 1 containing the name of the column, for instance in this way:

A1 No B1 Name
A2 3 B2 John
A3 1 B3 Dolly
A4 2 B4 Ted

To sort that, you have to select the menu Data .... Sort
Then you will be prompted to select how to sort (select No or select Name,
then chose ascending or descending order).
