opencv 3.3 for bionic

Adaptive thresholding tests with opencv 3.2 in bionic yielded a different resulting binary region (1 pixel off) compared to the result with trusty and opencv 2.4.9.1. The bug seems to be in (boxfilter, in modules/imgproc/src/smooth.cpp) and is already fixed in opvencv 3.3. Will bionic be released with opencv 3.2? Any chance to get 3.3 in?
