Nginx 3rd party module maintainance

The 3rd party module "libnginx-mod-rtmp" wasn't updated to the latest release, which was published almost three years ago. Does anyone have future plan on upgrade?

 We can add it to the roadmap for inclusion in Groovy. Theres a lot of third party modules and updating them all is a task in itself (so we dont always update the modules unless someone says we should).
