--with-file-aio & virtual host traffic status module

Hey there. I'm trying to enable aio in my nginx config. Is there a ppa that enables that, and https://github.com/vozlt/nginx-module-vts

NGINX already has AIO and threads enabled in it in the existing NGINX PPAs and in more recent versions of the package in Ubuntu (since Xenial at least).

I personally maintain the PPAs at ppa:nginx/* and I personally help to maintain the NGINX packages in Ubuntu, Neither the packages in Ubuntu or the packages in the ppa:nginx/* PPAs have the module you are looking for.

We do not track other PPAs and therefore cannot give any insight into whether other PPAs have the module.
