installation of neutron-vpn-agent cases removing of neutron-l3-agent

Hello packagers,

I wonder, if it the behavior described above is the desired one.

root@netwok-node01:~# apt-get -s install neutron-vpn-agent
[...]
The following packages will be REMOVED:
  neutron-l3-agent
The following NEW packages will be installed:
  neutron-vpn-agent
0 upgraded, 1 newly installed, 1 to remove and 52 not upgraded.
Remv neutron-l3-agent [1:2014.1.1-0ubuntu2]
Inst neutron-vpn-agent (1:2014.1.1-0ubuntu2 Ubuntu:14.04/trusty-updates [all])
Conf neutron-vpn-agent (1:2014.1.1-0ubuntu2 Ubuntu:14.04/trusty-updates [all])

root@netwok-node01:~# lsb_release -r
Release: 14.04

That's correct - if you try to run both at the same time they end up
confusing each other.
