Where's the Proper Place to Report Wi-Fi driver bugs?

I submitted a wi-fi bug to the network-manager package, because I had no clue which project to report wi-fi driver issues:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/network-manager/+bug/1172151l

Can someone add the proper project to my bug report?

Also, any advise towards an automated workaround (to the bug linked above) would be appreciated.

Once it gets attention, the bug guys will move it as needed. The same happens for questions too.
