Where to find launcher-0.1?

Hi,

I'm currently trying to build netbook-launcher-efl on my Mandriva system (after all, linux is linux...) but I can't find the "launcher-0.1" dependancy. Google gives me loads of results concerning the wii, windows mobile and so on.
Could you give me a hint?
