net-snmp-5.8: broken ErrorMsg at ucd-snmp

The net-snmp package available for Focal Fossa is missing as patch for the UCD-SNMP for the problem reported in: https://github.com/net-snmp/net-snmp/issues/26

This is the patch provided upstream: https://github.com/net-snmp/net-snmp/commit/d0787a2c86a80e31756965c436fac67b7d1c0f9b

It is possible to get that package updated to include the fix?
