Software Centre doesn't work properly

Hello. I can't load programmes from the Software Centre. I keep getting the message "E:Unable to synchronize mmap - msync (28: No space left on device), E:The package lists or status file could not be parsed or opened." What should I do? Cheers. Pedro

What is the output of :

sudo apt-get update; lsb_release -a
